Meet, Bohdi! How can you not love this face? This little tyke started his medical journey back in October of 2023. From October through December, this family was following their intuition that something was “not right” as the bruise on his back was just getting bigger.
In late December of 2023, it was confirmed that Bohdi had B Cell Lymphoblastic Lymphoma. With only two other cases in the nation having been studied, this little guy was in for a battle with a very aggressive cancer. But a battle filled with hope that he could win this fight.
He started with 6 weeks of chemo in the hospital and 4 weeks of infusions at home. Upon completion of the infusions, he was admitted into the hospital again for 6 months of chemo.
After 198 days of inpatient chemo, Bodhi was discharged from Sanford Children’s in late September and we were able to serve him his Miracle Moment on Landon Solberg Day! WOW! What an awesome moment for all of us at Landon’s Light. Bodhi went from stage 4 B Cell Lymphoblastic Lymphoma to remission.
