Julie Christianson
Julie is filled with gratitude to be the next Executive Director of the Landon’s Light Foundation.
Julie and her family have been active and passionate supporters of the foundation from day one. It seemed as though the professional stars aligned, and this is where she is meant to be. She is eager to jump in and continue the mission of the Foundation, built on Landon’s legacy by spreading his light and kindness throughout our community.
Julie is originally from Fargo, ND and attended Concordia College in Moorhead, graduating in 2000. For 15 years she lived in Minneapolis where she worked for Life Time Fitness. In 2015, she and her family moved back to Fargo and have since immersed themselves personally and professionally into the community. She prides herself on being a selfless leader, partner and visionary across the organizations she has worked. She had the privilege of working for SCHEELS in their corporate marketing office, Valley Plains Equipment, and most recently was the Director of Marketing at Checkable, a start-up based in West Fargo.
She has been an active volunteer with BIO Girls in Fargo, serving as a mentor for 3 years and has been the committee chair for the Landon’s Light 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament the past 3 years.
Julie and her husband, Eric, reside in West Fargo with their family, Ellie (14), Ben (14), Thomas (12) and their furry friend Chewie (5).
