Meet Breyer! This music loving, smiley little guy warmed our hearts the moment we met him.
At 10 months, Breyer’s parents noticed he started having nystagmus (rapid eye movements) that continued to get worse. It was then that they asked for an MRI and on April 10, 2024, he was diagnosed with a Pilocytic Astrocytoma Glioma that was attached to the optic nerve, pituitary glands and the spine. Because of the location, they were only able to remove a small portion of the tumor. Breyer spent over a month at Sanford Children’s in Fargo and will be undergoing 60 long weeks of chemotherapy. Even with his treatments, this resilient little guy does nothing but smile, wave, give high-fives and sing!
We had the joy of serving Breyer and his family with a Miracle Moment. From the moment we met this family, we instantly felt the love this family has for their sweet boy.
Join us in praying for Breyer and that the chemotherapy will work and keep the tumor from growing. His parents are trusting God’s plan and are leaving it in his hands. Breyer brings so much joy to the world and to have gone through as much as he has since birth, he still lights up a room with his smile and happiness.
