Accident Waiver/Release of Liability: By checking the following box, I fully understand and agree that Landon’s Light 3 on 3 Tournament coordinators, directors, sponsors, officials, volunteers, and agents, along with the West Fargo School District and their employees, volunteers, officers, agents and assigns (collectively “Releasees”), will NOT be held responsible for any injuries, damages, or loss of property while the team members and coaches/captains are attending the tournament. I hereby assume all of the risks of my or my child’s participation in this event and waive, release and discharge Releasees from any and all liability, including but not limited to, liability arising from the negligence or fault of the Releasees, for my or my child’s injury, damage, harm, disability, death, property damage, property theft, or acts or omission of any kind which may occur in connection with my or my child’s participation or attendance at Landon’s Light 3 on 3 Tournament. I realize the risk involved to the attendees. I will pay or cover through my insurance, any medical or hospital expenses, doctor bills or other expenses for any illness or injury to me or my child while attending or participating in Landon’s Light 3 on 3 Tournament. I hereby authorize Landon’s Light 3 on 3 Tournament to act for me according to their best judgment in any emergency requiring medical attention. I agree to defend, indemnify, hold harmless and covenant not to sue the Releasees with respect to any and all liabilities or claims made or threatened as a result of my or my child’s participation in this event. This accident waiver and release of liability shall be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law. I grant consent to Landon’s Light to publish above listed attendees, impersonation, photographs, still or motion, voice recording and name for all marketing materials (including but not limited to: print, TV, video, radio, online and digital) or any other purpose in any manner.
